Lindi Mengezeleli - Founder & HR Director MBA | BCom (Hons) HR
Lindi Mengezeleli is a values-driven Human Resources Executive with over 20 years of experience across leading corporate, legal and financial services organisations in South Africa, Kenya and Namibia.
Her career has focused on developing high-performing organisations through strategic HR leadership, talent development, transformation initiatives and organisational culture programmes.
Lindi has extensive expertise in HR strategy formulation, Employment Equity and B-BBEE compliance, workforce planning and people governance. She has worked closely with executive teams and business leaders to guide strategic decision-making and strengthen organisational capability.
